Since September 2021, DR Hospitality GmbH & Co. KG exists as a joint venture between DER Touristik Group (REWE) and Deutsche Seerederei.

The aim of the merger is to become the market leader in environmentally friendly and sustainable tourism in Europe with the brands A-ROSA Resorts & Hideaways, aja and Henri Hotels. Both partners are convinced that one of the strong growth areas in tourism in the future will be holiday destinations that are easily accessible by train, bus and car. Together, the joint venture is therefore focusing on the growth markets of the Baltic and North Seas as well as the Alpine region and Italy.

Rubus Development GmbH has existed as a joint venture between Implenia AG and Deutsche Seerederei since September 2021. The two companies each hold a 50% stake. The two companies each hold a 50% stake.

The aim of Rubus is to develop sustainable, standardised and industrialised real estate products for the green hospitality sector in the tourism growth markets of the Baltic and North Seas as well as the Alpine region and Italy. All future property developments will follow a clear philosophy with a focus on sustainability, which is in line with the corporate strategy of both Implenia and Deutsche Seereederei. The joint venture is responsible for a portfolio of various development projects in the DACH region.
